Payroll Giving Agencies
To have your own Payroll Giving scheme you need to be signed up with a Payroll Giving Agency. There are three main Payroll Giving Agencies in the UK. Each agency works along the same principal, they will process and disburse donations to all charities. All have an administration charge for their service. Below is a brief description of each agency.
Charitable Giving
Charitable Giving provides a range of services to support charitable giving at work and is one of the three largest HMRC-approved Payroll Giving Agencies in the country.
Their clients range from small businesses to household names in the public and private sectors.
Over the last 23 years, they have established a first class reputation throughout Great Britain and Northern Ireland by:
- Providing high quality service and client-care
- Encouraging a relaxed and close relationship with our clients and their employees
- Responding quickly to questions and rapidly resolving any issues
- Offering continuity through loyal and long-serving staff
- Distributing funds to charity as soon as possible
- Offering value-for-money administration on both a percentage and fixed cost basis
- Actively providing guidance and support on promoting Payroll Giving to employees
The administration charge is £0.23 per donor per month and Charitable Giving welcomes organisations introduced by Bell Fundraising
